A one-day self-development workshop for expats living in Hungary
Living abroad changes us in ways we often don't expect. We may find ourselves questioning who we are without our familiar roles, language, or cultural cues. This workshop offers a safe, grounded space to explore what it means to belong to ourselves and to our new environment.
Through a gentle blend of group discussion, grounding exercises, mindful movement, and guided inner exploration, we will reconnect with the deeper threads of identity that remain steady, even in times of transition.
You’ll have space to reflect on your personal journey, map the values that matter most to you now, and share meaningful moments with others on a similar path.
This workshop is for you if you…
Feel a bit “in between” cultures, roles, or phases of life
Are curious about how your identity has shifted since moving abroad
Crave authentic connection and self-discovery in a warm, supportive space
What to expect:
Gentle movement and grounding practices (no experience needed)
Deep reflection and integral flow exercises
Small-group sharing and connection
Space to breathe, feel, and belong
When: Saturday 9 August, 10:00-17:00
Where: Budapest, XIII. Balzac u. 12.
Participation fee: 30.000 Ft
ABOUT THE METHOD: In my groups, you’ll experience both non-verbal (body-oriented, movement-based, bodyway, bodywork-inspired, and relaxation) and verbal group exercises. I alternate these methods, drawing from an integrative psychological approach. After each practice, we take time to talk through and reflect on your experiences. These exercises support you in recognizing your patterns and ways of functioning and help you connect with your inner resources.
